The service

Blackhorse Sentinel provides language-drift analysis and signed reports over the web and our mobile app. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, exceed your plan limits through circumvention, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed at blackhorsesentinel.com. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $149 per month. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal at blackhorsesentinel.com to avoid future charges.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. The service software and outputs' signing infrastructure remain our property.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Analysis outputs are informational and not professional, legal, or investment advice.
